Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, contracting, and procurement operations for technology goods and services across the organization.

You will develop IT category strategies, manage supplier relationships, drive cost optimization, ensure contract governance, and collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and AP to maintain controls over POs, invoices, renewals, and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, information systems, or related.
• 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing with IT focus.
• Strong IT contracting knowledge across software, SaaS, maintenance, and services.
• Experience with ERP, procurement and contract lifecycle systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic IT sourcing and category management across software, hardware, SaaS and services.
• Negotiate complex contracts (MSAs, SaaS, SLAs, licensing, SOWs) with alignment to standards.
• Manage supplier relationships, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee IT procurement lifecycle: POs, invoicing, renewals, contract tracking.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and AP to ensure compliance and governance.
