Job summary

Foundever seeks a Global Tech/IT Tower Lead to drive category management strategy across software, infrastructure, cloud, and IT services. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver savings, supplier governance, and strategic initiatives in a complex global environment.

Responsibilities include leading strategic sourcing across subcategories, managing executive-level supplier relationships, and guiding procurement transformation while supporting enterprise digitalization efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, or category management experience within complex global organizations.
• 5 years' experience supporting Technology/IT procurement categories, including software, infrastructure, cloud, hardware, telecommunications, cybersecurity, and/or IT services.
• Experience leading strategically with executive-level supplier negotiations and global stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category management strategies across Technology/IT spend, including multi-year roadmaps and savings targets.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contracting, and governance with cross-functional partners (Legal, Finance, Security, Privacy, Operations).
• Own category savings targets, monitor spend trends, and support budgeting and forecasting for Technology procurement.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a globally distributed procurement team and promote best practices across category and supplier management.
