Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking an Architecture Lead to define enterprise architecture for cloud connectivity and security, guiding cross‑functional teams and shaping the roadmap for major initiatives.

You will mentor staff, conduct reviews, document architectures, and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards while driving the cloud journey across on‑prem and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience in a technical field.
• 7-10+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience across multiple technology areas and 2-3 years in enterprise architecture.
• Design, development and implementation of enterprise-scale applications.
• In-depth knowledge of application, information, infrastructure, network and security architectures.
• Strong AWS/Azure knowledge and security architecture experience.
• Ability to steer cloud journey and drive architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for cloud connectivity and network security services.
• Lead projects and develop strategy/roadmap for enterprise initiatives.
• Assess current environments and influence strategic direction.
• Develop reference architectures and repeatable patterns.
• Establish and manage standards across architectures.
• Provide direction to cloud journey and enterprise capability alignment.
• Document architecture designs and analysis work for governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
