• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years of network design and engineering experience is required.

• Ability to coach and mentor experienced Network engineering staff.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform highly complex assignments.
• Design, architect, manage, and deploy routing and switching across campus/data center networks.
• Lead network changes per security policies to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot network performance and security issues.
• Research and implement scalable capacity planning solutions.
• Introduce automation for routine administrative tasks where possible.
• Collaborate with IT disciplines and maintain documentation.
• Act as escalation resource during major incidents and outages.
• Participate in project scoping to align with architectural objectives.
• Contribute to process and policy refinement for optimal performance and availability.
