Secretariat is seeking an Associate Director of Technology Disputes to join our Global Investigations and Disputes team in a hybrid (preferred) or remote capacity. Lead end‑to‑end matters involving SaaS, licensing disputes, and technology program failures, coordinating with counsel on strategy and deliverables.

You will mentor junior staff, support business development, and manage engagement risks while upholding our standards of quality and client service. Travel is expected between 20% and 40%.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in legal industry (or equivalent education), expert consulting services, complex IT advisory, investigations.
• Experience with technology standards.
• Strong analytical and expert report writing skills.
• Proven engagement management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel as needed (estimated between 20% and 40%).

• Engagement Leadership: Manage matters end‑to‑end, including scoping, workplans, staffing, budgets, and quality control.
• Client Service & Development: Support Managing Directors on engagements and contribute to business development.
