Job summary

Secretariat's Global Investigations and Disputes team seeks an Associate Director of Technology Disputes to lead engagement management, document review, and technical analyses across SaaS, software licensing, and vendor governance. Hybrid preferred or remote.

You will mentor junior staff, build client relationships, and contribute to thought leadership while traveling up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in legal industry or equivalent education.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Proven engagement-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagements end-to-end including scoping, workplans, staffing, budgets, and quality control.
• Draft and direct expert reports and demonstratives; coordinate with counsel on case strategy.
• Lead review of documents and evidence; oversee analyses related to software, licensing, and SDLC/architecture.
