Secretariat Advisors LLC is seeking an Associate Director of Technology Disputes to lead complex investigations in a hybrid or remote setup. You will guide engagement leadership, client relations, and strategic analyses across SaaS, software licensing, and development lifecycles.

The role requires deep experience in legal tech disputes, outstanding report writing, and the ability to mentor junior staff while traveling 20–40% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in legal industry or equivalent education with complex IT investigations.
• Experience with technology standards and IT advisory.
• Strong analytical and expert report writing skills.
• Proven engagement management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage matters end-to-end, including scoping, workplans, staffing, budgets, and quality control.
• Draft and direct expert reports, rebuttals, and demonstratives; coordinate with counsel on case strategy.
• Lead review of documents and other evidence for each matter.
• Lead analyses and QC related to software implementation, vendor delivery, licensing, and SDLC issues.
