Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation is seeking an Engineering Governance & Project Controls Manager to implement and maintain global engineering governance, project controls, standards, and lifecycle documentation across sites. This role will drive consistent execution of engineering and capital projects through standardized processes for scope, cost, schedule, risk, and documentation.

The Manager will coordinate with Quality, EHS, Procurement, Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10+ years in engineering roles, preferably medical devices or regulated environments.
• 3–5 years in project management within engineering/manufacturing with ISO/QSR knowledge.
• Experience with engineering change control and design control procedures.
• Experience developing or implementing engineering standards and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global engineering governance standards, procedures, tools, and templates.
• Manage standardized project controls for scope, cost, schedule, risk, and reporting.
• Implement a consistent capital project stage-gate process from initiation to closeout.
• Provide leadership for multidisciplinary engineering, construction, and lifecycle activities.
• Interface with external engineering, architectural, and construction partners.
