Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Fluent German and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned client groups, advising leaders on day-to-day people topics
• Deliver hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, global mobility, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation processes
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent and efficient HR service delivery, driving continuous improvement through best practices and digital solutions
• Support and implement global Technology HR initiatives locally
• Monitor employee sentiment and organizational trends, providing insights and escalating key topics to HR leadership
• Ensure compliance with German labor law and maintain high standards of HR operations
