Job summary

- In-depth understanding of remuneration instruments and operational HR processes.
- Experience collaborating with works councils.
Responsibilities
- Support and drive global C&B initiatives and variable remuneration systems.
- Contribute to implementation of targeted incentive models.
- Lead or participate in regional and global projects related to C&B.
