Job summary

Ocado Group invites high-potential graduates to join its two-year Global Graduate Programme, rotating through Bot Software, Data Science and more across four six-month placements. You will gain hands-on experience in automation, robotics and ML while delivering real impact on our technology platforms.

Starting in early September 2027, the programme is full-time and hybrid, with placements in Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City and London.

Qualifications

Degrees related to Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, AI, Robotics or Machine Learning.
Real passion for quality coding and cutting edge technology.
Be a logical thinker and collaborative team player.
Don’t be afraid to think outside of the box.
Note: full right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme.

Responsibilities

Rotate through multiple departments during the two-year scheme, in four six-month placements.
Gain hands-on experience across Bot Software, Data Science, eCommerce and Fulfilment.
Work in teams to deliver enhancements to automation, robotics and ML platforms.
