Ocado Group’s Graduate Programme offers a two-year fixed-term, full-time rotation across Bot Software, Data, eCommerce, and Fulfilment. You’ll work in Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City and London in a hybrid model, gaining hands-on experience in multiple departments.

- Rotate through Bot Software, Data Science, and other departments across four six‑month placements.
- Contribute to cross-functional teams and gain broad business insight.
