Clarity is seeking a stellar Account Manager for our New York office. You’ll act as the primary liaison between clients and our team, crafting communications plans and guiding strategic direction for key accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B technology brands within agency or in‑house settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver strategic counsel and drive client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact between clients and the Clarity team to build strong relationships.
• Develop and execute communications plans and oversee strategy for key accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities and support expansion of new services.
• Contribute to pitches and prepare briefs and decks for clients.
• Oversee onboarding and kickoff for new accounts and projects.
• Escalate and troubleshoot client issues proactively.
• Engage in agency life and contribute to team initiatives.
