Job summary

Clarity seeks an experienced Senior Account Director, Communications (Integrated) to lead client relationships and guide strategic communications for B2B tech brands from our hybrid NYC hub. You’ll shape plans, oversee execution, and work with international teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, contribute to proposals, and ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience with B2B technology brands in agency or in‑house roles.
• Strong strategic counsel abilities and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work across international teams in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact and relationship manager between clients and our team, building strong client relationships.
• Write and execute communications plans and oversee the strategic direction for key client accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities to help clients expand service offerings.
• Support new business pitches and prepare briefs, proposals and decks for existing clients.
• Manage onboarding and kickoff processes for key new accounts and projects.
• Proactively identify issues and act as escalation point for client concerns.
• Engage in agency life through internal initiatives and peer-group proposals.
