Qualifications

• Graduation between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or related tech degree.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Proactive problem-solver who uses Generative AI to address problems.
• Global collaboration across cultures and time zones.
• Strong communication, project management, and teamwork.
• Pass technical interviews with basic algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Work in an agile software development environment.
• Develop scalable software using Java, Python, React and related tech.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and post-production support.
• Join training cohorts and rotate across teams to learn Citi processes.
