Qualifications

• Graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027 with a tech degree.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agile teams is desirable and beneficial.
• Ability to pass technical interviews with basic algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Work in an agile software development environment to deliver quality, scalable software solutions.
• Develop code aligned with business requirements and standards, assist testing and post-production deployment.
• Test and debug code using appropriate tools and participate in peer code reviews.
• Join a cohort of new hires and undergo training to learn Citi's tools and processes.
• Collaborate across teams to learn and contribute to multiple domains such as back-end, front-end, and data analytics.
