Qualifications

• Graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, IT, MIS, or related tech field.
• GPA of 3.0 or better preferred.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn and innovate with AI.
• Global outlook and ability to collaborate across cultures/time zones.
• Excellent communication, project mgmt, leadership, and attention to detail.
• Able to pass technical interviews with basic algorithms.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Committed to learning and contributing to Citi's AI-driven banking future.

Responsibilities

• Work in an agile software development environment, developing quality and scalable software solutions with leading-edge technologies.
• Develop code per quality standards and support testing cycles and post-production deployment.
• Test and debug code using appropriate tools and participate in peer code reviews.
• Join a cohort of new hires and learn Citi's tools and processes.
• Contribute across Back-End, Front-End, AI, and Data Analytics tracks.
