Job summary

Citi’s Full Time Technology Analyst Program in Jacksonville starts in July 2026 and runs for two years, offering a robust training path. You’ll rotate across teams to build a broad skillset in agile software development, gaining exposure to Java, Python, React, and AI tooling while contributing to real projects.

You will join cohorts with new hires, learn Citi’s tools and processes, and work toward developing leadership and technical capabilities for a global financial institution.

Qualifications

• Graduation between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other tech related degrees.
• GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred.
• Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises.
• Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• You will work in an agile software development environment, developing quality and scalable software solutions using leading-edge technologies.
• Based on business requirements, you will develop code consistent with quality standards and offer support during testing cycles and post-production deployment.
• To ensure defect-free programming, you will use the appropriate tools to test and debug code and participate in the review of peer coding.
