Job summary

The Citi Full Time Technology Analyst Program invites top graduates to join a two-year rotational training track in Jersey City. You will work across back-end, front-end, AI, and data analytics teams, building scalable software in an agile environment and learning Citi’s tools and processes.

You’ll join a cohort of new hires for structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to global teams, with the goal of shaping future tech leaders in one of the world’s leading financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Graduation between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, MIS or other tech related degrees.
• GPA of 3.0 or better preferred.
• Proactive problem-solver who uses Generative AI to address business problems.
• Global outlook and ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Excellent communication, project management and leadership skills.
• Able to pass technical interviews with basic algorithms; agile experience desirable.
• Authorized to work in US without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work in an agile software development environment and develop scalable software solutions.
• Develop code to meet business requirements and participate in testing cycles.
• Join a cohort of new hires for training and onboarding to Citi processes and tools.
