Leoforce in Denver is seeking an International Tax Manager to lead international tax compliance and advisory engagements for multinational clients. You will oversee complex filings, advise on Pillar Two developments, and help shape cross-border strategies and pricing.

The role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration with global teams, and building long-term client relationships within a supportive, growth‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage international tax compliance and consulting engagements for multinational clients.
• Review and oversee the preparation of Forms 5471/5472/8858/8865 and related filings.
• Advise on Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credits and transfer pricing.
• Support cross-border structuring, inbound/outbound planning and transaction analysis.
• Research evolving U.S. international tax law and OECD Pillar Two developments.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines and client deliverables.
• Coach and review staff and senior associates.
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Collaborate with domestic tax, state/local and transfer pricing teams on integrated solutions.
• Contribute to business development, proposals and thought leadership.
