Jobot is seeking an International Tax Manager in Denver, CO for a high-visibility leadership role guiding multinational clients through complex cross-border tax issues. The position offers direct client exposure, team leadership responsibility, and a path to advance within a national advisory platform.

You will lead international tax compliance, advise on GILTI and BEAT, and collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions in a collaborative Denver team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage international tax compliance and advisory engagements for multinational clients
• Oversee preparation and review of U.S. international tax filings, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 1118, and 1120-F
• Advise on GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, foreign tax credits, and BEAT
• Perform tax provision and international tax reviews, including ASC 740 considerations
• Support cross-border structuring, transfer pricing coordination, and inbound and outbound planning
• Research and interpret evolving international tax legislation and communicate its impact to clients
• Supervise, mentor, and develop senior associates and staff
• Manage client relationships, engagement budgets, deadlines, and deliverables
• Partner with other service lines to identify opportunities and deliver integrated solutions
