Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking an International Tax Manager to guide a growing global tax program. You will lead international tax compliance, reporting and planning, ensuring timely filings and accurate tax provisions across jurisdictions.

The role collaborates with finance, accounting and legal teams, mentoring staff and influencing global tax strategy with executive leadership. Hybrid work in Bolingbrook, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA or master's degree preferred.
• 5-8+ years of international tax experience.
• Background in Big 4 public accounting or multinational corporate tax.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax regulations.
• Experience with ASC 740 and tax provision processes.
• Transfer pricing experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead international tax compliance, reporting and filing requirements.
• Manage Forms 5471, 8858, 1118 and FATCA reporting.
• Oversee foreign statutory tax filings and compliance deadlines.
• Manage international tax provision activities under ASC 740.
• Review GILTI, FDII and foreign tax credit calculations.
• Direct transfer pricing compliance and documentation efforts.
• Support country-by-country reporting requirements.
• Manage international tax audits and controversy matters.
• Partner with finance, accounting and legal teams on global initiatives.
• Evaluate tax impacts of cross-border transactions and business expansion.
• Monitor international tax law developments and assess business impact.
• Mentor and develop tax team members.
