Gotion Inc. seeks a Tax Manager to build and lead a global corporate tax team. You will oversee domestic and international tax planning, compliance, and audits, while partnering with executives to optimize shareholder value.

You will drive tax strategy under ASC 740, manage transfer pricing, and guide the tax function’s modernization, reporting, and risk management for a fast-growing electrification business.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Tax.
• CPA or Master’s degree in accounting/tax preferred.
• 6+ years in corporate tax, Big Four and multinational exposure ideal.
• Ability to communicate tax concepts to non-tax leaders.

Aufgaben

• Review annual domestic income tax returns prepared by third party.
• Oversee federal, state, and local tax filings and extensions.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax close and provision.
• Drive process improvements and tax technology usage.
• Coordinate with outside tax advisors on projects.
• Advise senior management on tax planning strategies to enhance shareholder value.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce tax expense and minimize risk.
• Partner with business to expand international operations.
• Manage ASC 740 reconciliations and GC/TP documentation.
• Oversee transfer pricing planning and compliance.
