Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax required.
• Master of Science in Taxation or JD preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, multinational exposure highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely preparation and review of U.S. federal, state and local tax returns.
• Provide tax support on business transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
• Develop tax-saving opportunities and planning strategies.
• Lead tax audits and coordinate with external advisors; manage a small tax team.
