Nordson Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, International Tax to translate global tax strategy into executable plans and lead cross-border tax work. You will steer ASC 740 compliance, transfer pricing, and tax planning while partnering with Finance, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, and regional teams.

The role requires strong technical depth and ability to drive global tax initiatives in a publicly traded company, with a focus on risk management and process improvement.

Formación

• Experience leading international tax accounting and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of transfer pricing and global tax regimes.
• Experience advising cross-functional teams on tax planning and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead international tax accounting, compliance, transfer pricing, tax planning, and global tax reporting.
• Advise Finance, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, and regional teams on US international tax matters and ASC 740.
• Engage and manage external advisors; strengthen processes and controls; develop tax talent.
