Vaco is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead all aspects of the organization’s tax function. This high-visibility role oversees compliance, reporting, planning, transfer pricing, and risk across jurisdictions in a multinational environment. Strong leadership and cross-functional partnering are essential.

The role focuses on developing and executing tax strategies to support business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous process improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA, Master's in Taxation, JD, or other advanced tax credentials preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, including international taxation and income tax reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP income tax accounting and global tax compliance requirements.
• Experience managing tax matters within a multinational organization.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee global income tax compliance activities including US federal, state, and international filings.
• Lead preparation and review of income tax provisions under U.S. GAAP.
• Manage deferred tax calculations, disclosures, and related reporting.
• Develop and implement tax planning initiatives to optimize tax rate and manage risk.
• Oversee transfer pricing policies, documentation, and compliance.
• Partner with finance and operations to align intercompany arrangements with regulations.
• Lead global tax audits, examinations, and inquiries; manage external relationships.
• Drive process improvements and technology enhancements within the tax function.
