Job summary

Global Multi-Media Firm in New York seeks a Tax Professional with 15+ years to lead the tax function, reporting to the CFO. You will partner with Front Office Sales, Operations and Finance to align tax with business strategy.

Responsibilities include tax compliance, reporting, M&A due diligence, tax risk management and strategy development. You will lead planning, monitor global developments, and coordinate with outside advisors to optimize the tax structure.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of tax experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Public accounting or equivalent corporate tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of global tax rules and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic tax planning and tax reporting with outside advisors.
• Analyze and lead tax structuring and planning initiatives.
• Assist during tax diligence for M&A transactions, including entity structuring and forecasting.
• Monitor global tax developments and communicate recommendations to management.
• Identify global tax requirements and ensure compliance.
• Evaluate financing transactions and advise executives on tax impacts and optimal structures.
