Universal Leaf Tobacco Company seeks a Vice President of Tax to lead the global tax function, shaping strategy, compliance, and reporting across a multinational organization.

You will advise executive leadership on complex domestic and international tax matters, oversee tax accounting and ASC 740 processes, and drive tax planning and technology initiatives while building a strong tax team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance plus professional tax credentials.
• 10+ years of multinational corporate or public accounting tax leadership.
• Strong ASC 740 knowledge and SEC reporting experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead global tax strategy, compliance, and reporting for a multinational company.
• Advise leadership on domestic and international tax implications of initiatives.
• Direct tax accounting, quarterly and annual provisions, and audits.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global tax team.
