Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Tax to act as the chief tax strategist and compliance lead for the enterprise. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee federal, state, and international tax across a labor-intensive, global footprint.

You will design and implement transfer pricing strategies, BEAT and Pillar Two compliance, WOTC credits, and ASC 740 reporting while leading a tax team and partnering with Legal, Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, and HR.

Qualifications

• Master's in Taxation or JD/LLM in Tax required.
• CPA certification required.
• 15+ years of progressive tax experience, including leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic global tax planning and compliance across federal, state, and international taxes.
• Oversee transfer pricing, BEAT and Pillar Two compliance, and ASC 740 reporting.
• Manage tax audits, risk, and interactions with tax authorities; coordinate with Legal, Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, and HR.
