Job summary

Trading Technologies is seeking a Director of Tax to own the global tax function end to end, including provision and reporting, compliance, planning, and structuring. This is a hands-on leadership role with one direct report and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions.

The role covers ASC 740, transfer pricing, international tax positions, and indirect tax for a SaaS business, with a hybrid work model and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• CPA and/or advanced tax degree required.
• Deep ASC 740 expertise with provision ownership.
• Experience owning transfer pricing in a multi-entity global structure.
• Proven ability to manage external advisors and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740 and related disclosures.
• Lead global tax compliance across US and international jurisdictions.
• Manage transfer pricing framework and intercompany charges; advise on structure and cross-border flows.
• Lead tax aspects of M&A, including diligence, integration and tax planning.
• Own indirect tax for SaaS, including nexus and taxability; manage tax engine configuration.
• Lead and develop one direct report and partner with cross-functional teams.
