Data Direct Networks seeks a Director of Federal Tax to lead consolidated tax reporting, US compliance, and planning across the globe. You will steer ASC 740 workpapers, drive process improvements, and partner with executives to optimize tax position.

The role offers high visibility and strategic impact in a growing technology company. You will manage audits, modeling of GILTI/FDII/BEAT, and work with external advisors; you will lead a US-based team and help modernize governance across tax

Qualifications

• CPA credential and a related bachelor's degree are required.
• Extensive ASC 740 tax knowledge and US federal return work.
• Experience leading tax teams in a multinational corporation.
• Strong communication with executives and external auditors.
• Strategic thinking with ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead worldwide ASC 740 tax provision and filings for US and international entities.
• Oversee tax planning, modeling of GILTI/FDII/BEAT, and tax credits.
• Manage audits, notices, and controversy with IRS and state authorities.
• Develop and mentor the US tax team and align with corporate strategy.
• Partner with finance, legal, treasury, and external advisors.
