Job summary

ICAT LOGISTICS INC is seeking a Director Global Tax to oversee global and US tax planning and compliance, optimize tax positions, and drive strategic initiatives through hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead transfer pricing, BEPS, and tax provision processes, coordinate with external advisors, and act as the primary contact for audits and tax notices while mentoring finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• 8+ years of international tax and US tax experience.
• 4+ years leading others.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Great Plains).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with global tax compliance issues including transfer pricing, and international tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Track U.S. and international tax law developments to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects (e.g.: Transfer Pricing, Global Tax structuring, Entity rationalization, M&A).
• Develop and implement tax strategies aligned with business initiatives, including restructuring and realignment.
• Provide technical analysis for organizational actions such as entity structure changes and intercompany transactions.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Finance to manage cross-border cash flow and intercompany settlements.
• Champion process automation and data analytics to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for tax implications and requirements throughout the organization.
