Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of Tax to lead global tax strategy and compliance. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage federal, state, and international tax, including payroll credits, nexus, WOTC, BEAT, and Pillar Two, across a 40+ state footprint and multinational operations.

You will direct TP strategy, ASC 740/IAS 12 matters, and work with Legal, Accounting, and Treasury to drive automation and policy development.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive tax experience with leadership.
• Experience in security, facilities, or labor-intensive industries preferred.
• Ability to translate complex tax code into business insights for executives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Global Tax Planning across regions and entities to optimize structure and compliance.
• Domestic & State Operations: manage multi-state nexus, withholding, and credits.
• International Tax & Transfer Pricing: oversee TP policy, intercompany pricing, and regimes.
• Compliance & Reporting: ASC 740/ IAS 12, audits and statutory filings.
• Risk Management: monitor legislation and tax disputes; governance with execs.
• Leadership: build and mentor tax team; partner with Legal, Finance, and HR.
