FORTÉ is seeking a Director of International Tax Strategy to lead and govern our global tax approach amid rapid international growth. This hands-on senior role reports to the CFO and partners with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure audit‑defensible positions and strong governance. You will steer income, indirect, and transfer pricing strategies while protecting ESOP structures.

You will oversee U.S. and international indirect tax, coordinate with external advisors, and guide M&A tax

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field required.
10–15+ years of progressive tax experience with international exposure.
Demonstrated expertise in international corporate income tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing.
Experience supporting international acquisitions and post-deal integration.

Mansioni

Own international tax compliance governance across income, withholding, and indirect taxes.
Establish compliance frameworks, calendars, review standards, and controls.
Identify and mitigate tax risks from global expansion and intercompany activity.
Provide executive visibility into material tax risks and mitigation strategies.
Lead global transfer pricing framework and coordinate intercompany pricing and documentation.
