Kdc One seeks a hands-on Global Tax Provision – U.S. Compliance Manager to guide the worldwide income tax provision under ASC 740 and oversee U.S. federal and state tax compliance in partnership with external advisors.

The role reports to the VP Global Tax in a dynamic multinational setting. This position combines technical tax accounting with international coordination and operational execution, requiring thorough review of workpapers and a proactive approach to governance and accuracy across

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or related field.
• CPA and/or Master's in Taxation preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in multinational corporate tax or Big 4 background.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee quarterly and annual global income tax provision under ASC 740.
• Coordinate foreign tax provision from international affiliates and advisors.
• Oversee U.S. federal and state corporate income tax compliance with external advisors.
• Support tax accounting for acquisitions, divestitures, and internal restructurings including PPA.
• Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, and tax teams to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
• Enhance SOX/internal controls and documentation for tax reporting processes.
