Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Global Tax PMO. This role partners with multiple Amazon teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-year tax initiatives across the organization.

You will bridge business, technical, and finance disciplines, drive data‑driven decisions, and lead diverse stakeholders with executive visibility. The role emphasizes risk management, scope control, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency across many systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Managing work streams and/or projects from initiation through planning, execution, and closeout.
• Taking the lead role with project owners, sponsors and subject matter experts to align on project and workstream objectives.
• Communicating the overall program roadmap and periodic status updates to executive stakeholder body.
• Synthesizing requirements from many functions and demonstrating working knowledge of requirements to stakeholders.
• Proactively leveraging AI tools and automation to drive operational efficiency and accelerate delivery timelines.
• Supporting the development and implementation of enterprise-wide program management tools and standards.
• Influencing resource allocation and technology decisions by building data-driven business cases.
• Building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups and mitigating risks.
