Qualifications

• Accounting degree required with tax focus.
• Experience with federal and multi-state tax compliance.
• ASC 740 accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns and filings.
• Oversee quarterly estimated payments and extensions.
• Support ASC 740 tax provision processes and audits.
• Assist with tax aspects of acquisitions and integrations.
• Collaborate with Controllership, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, HR, and external advisors.
