Job summary

Artivion, Inc. is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join the Finance team to deliver tax provision, compliance, and planning in a multinational public company setting. The role requires strong analytical, technical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

You will support worldwide ASC 740 provisions, US federal/state tax returns, transfer pricing, and international expansion efforts, while driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of tax experience, mix of public accounting and global in-house tax functions.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, technical, written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful team player with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; OneSource Tax Provision knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with worldwide ASC 740 quarterly and annual tax provisions.
• Review and oversee US Federal and State income tax returns and estimated payments.
• Review returns prepared by 3rd party advisors; prepare reconciliations and journal entries.
• Assist with cash tax projections for budgeting/forecasting.
• Assist with transfer pricing documentation, monitoring and analysis.
• Support R&D credit studies, international expansion, and other tax research projects.
• Manage global tax calendar and tax notices; coordinate with other functions.
