SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manager, International Tax to collaborate with executive leadership and global business teams on international tax planning, ASC 740 reporting, cross-border transactions, and Pillar Two initiatives.

This high-visibility role offers exposure to senior leadership within a complex multinational public company and presents a path toward broader tax leadership opportunities within SPX.

Qualifications

• Masters level accounting/related degree; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive tax experience with Big-4 or large public accounting firms.
• Experience with multinational public companies or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Participate in global tax planning initiatives and cross-border structuring projects.
• Advise leadership on tax consequences of acquisitions, divestitures, financing activities, and restructurings.
• Partner with treasury, legal, and finance on cash repatriation, foreign tax credits, and ETR management.
• Prepare and review components of the global tax provision.
• Review federal corporate income tax returns in relation to international taxation and disclosure.
• Document tax positions as part of risk management to ensure defensibility.
• Assist business units with research and informational reporting requests.
• All duties as directed or modified, including special projects.
