Qnity Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Tax Manager to support the Company's U.S. domestic and international tax compliance, tax accounting, reporting, tax credit, and controversy activities.

The role requires strong technical tax expertise and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, taxation or related field.
• CPA and/or Master's in Taxation preferred.
• Big Four or large regional public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with multinational corporations and cross-border tax matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review U.S. federal income tax returns and ASC 740 provisions.
• Coordinate with external advisors and internal teams on tax compliance and reporting.
• Manage international tax compliance, including Form 5471, 8858, 8865, and related filings.
• Support R&D tax credit, Section 174 capitalization, and related reporting.
