Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, International Tax located in Charlotte, NC. You will lead global tax planning, cross-border transactions, and ASC 740 reporting, partnering with treasury, legal, and finance to optimize cash repatriation and foreign tax credits.

The role involves coordinating with senior leadership, managing complex multinational tax issues, and contributing to OECD Pillar Two initiatives in a high-visibility environment. A CPA and Big-4 background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Masters in accounting-related field or equivalent; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive international tax experience with Big-4 or multinational public company.
• Experience with ASC 740 calculations and international tax disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Lead global tax planning initiatives and cross-border structuring projects.
• Advise leadership on tax consequences of acquisitions, divestitures, financing activities, and entity restructurings.
• Partner with treasury, legal, and finance on cash repatriation and foreign tax credit optimization.
• Prepare and review components of the global tax provision and related disclosures.
• Ensure documentation and defensibility of tax positions.
