Responsibilities

• Navigate the complexities of global tax regulations to optimize tax strategies and minimize risks.
• Support client engagements by contributing to tax compliance and consulting projects.
• Assist in the preparation and review of consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions.
• Participate in corporate tax planning and corporate transactions to drive compliance and maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate on post-deal integration and tax and finance integration tasks.
