Responsibilities

• Navigate global tax regulations to optimize strategies and minimize risks
• Support client engagements by contributing to tax compliance and consulting projects
• Assist in the preparation and review of consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions
• Participate in corporate tax planning and corporate transactions
• Collaborate on post-deal integration and tax/finance tasks
• Engage in tax modeling and purchase/sale agreement analysis
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity to develop innovative tax solutions
• Collaborate with tax professionals to achieve common goals
• Communicate complex tax concepts to diverse audiences
