Job summary

PwC is seeking a Tax LLM Associate to navigate the global tax landscape, delivering tailored tax services that optimize strategies, minimize risks, and drive compliance. As an Associate, you will learn and contribute to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge.

You will engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop basic skills and knowledge. Up to 20% travel and a discretionary bonus are available during your time with PwC.

Qualifications

• Master of Laws degree required.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Before starting full-time, complete education requirements and pass Bar exam.

Responsibilities

• Navigating complex global tax regulations to optimize strategies and minimize risks.
• Support client engagements by contributing to tax compliance and consulting projects.
• Assist in preparation and review of consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions.
• Participate in corporate tax planning and transactions to drive compliance and outcomes.
• Collaborate on post-deal integration and tax/finance integration tasks.
• Engage in tax modeling and analysis of purchase and sale agreements.
• Use critical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations.
• Communicate complex tax concepts to diverse audiences.
