Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Laws degree.
• GPA of at least 3.0 required.
• Commitment to undertaking and passing Bar exam before starting full-time PwC employment.

Responsibilities

• Navigate global tax regulations to optimize strategies and minimize risks.
• Support client engagements with tax compliance and consulting projects.
• Assist in consolidation of tax returns and income tax provisions.
• Participate in corporate tax planning and post-deal integration tasks.
• Engage in tax modeling and purchase/sale agreement analysis.
