You will be exposed to clients, engage in research, and build skills in tax modeling, planning, and provisions while upholding professional standards and independence requirements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Laws degree.
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA.
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements and demonstrate a commitment to undertaking and passing Bar exam.
• Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Navigating the complexities of global tax regulations to optimize tax strategies and minimize risks.
• Supporting client engagements by contributing to tax compliance and consulting projects.
• Assisting in the preparation and review of consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions.
• Participating in corporate tax planning and corporate transactions to drive compliance and maximize outcomes.
• Collaborating on post-deal integration and tax and finance integration tasks to enhance business law applications.
• Engaging in tax modeling and purchase and sale agreement analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Utilizing intellectual curiosity to explore innovative tax solutions and industry-specific challenges.
