Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Juris Doctorate.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Before starting full-time at PwC, plan to undertake and pass the Bar exam.
• Entry-level client service roles or readiness for final academic year requirements.

Responsibilities

• Navigate global tax regs to optimize strategies and minimize risks.
• Prepare consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions.
• Assist in corporate tax planning and corporate transactions to drive growth.
• Participate in post-deal tax and finance integration processes.
• Collaborate with teams to develop tax models and provide consulting services.
• Engage in active listening and teamwork to support client needs.
• Explore innovative tax strategies and industry challenges using intellectual curiosity.
• Contribute to the preparation and analysis of PSA for tax implications.
