The role focuses on learning, collaboration, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include tax compliance, planning, and post-deal integration activities, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Juris Doctorate degree.
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA.
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements and demonstrate a commitment to undertaking and passing Bar exam.
• Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Navigate global tax regulations to optimize tax strategies and minimize risks.
• Assist in preparing consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions.
• Support corporate tax planning and corporate transactions to drive sustainable growth.
• Participate in post-deal integration processes, including tax and finance integration.
• Collaborate with teams to develop tax models and provide tax consulting services.
• Engage in active listening and teamwork to enhance client support and deliver tailored tax solutions.
• Utilize intellectual curiosity to explore innovative tax strategies and industry-specific challenges.
• Contribute to the preparation and analysis of PSA for tax implications.
