Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Juris Doctorate degree.
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA.
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements and demonstrate a commitment to undertaking and passing Bar exam.
• Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Navigating the complexities of global tax regulations to optimize tax strategies and minimize risks.
• Supporting tax compliance efforts by preparing consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions.
• Assisting in corporate tax planning and corporate transactions to drive sustainable growth.
• Participating in post-deal integration processes, including tax and finance integration.
• Collaborating with teams to develop tax models and provide tax consulting services.
• Engaging in active listening and teamwork to enhance client support and deliver tailored tax solutions.
• Utilizing intellectual curiosity to explore innovative tax strategies and industry-specific challenges.
• Contributing to the preparation and analysis of purchase and sale agreements (PSA) for tax implications.
