Job summary

PwC is seeking a Tax JD Associate to engage with clients, navigate the complexities of global tax regulations, and deliver tailored tax services that optimize strategies and drive compliance. You will support senior staff, perform research, and contribute to project tasks while building your tax knowledge in a fast-paced firm environment.

You will learn to build client relationships, manage and inspire others, and develop your personal brand as you progress toward Bar eligibility and full-time

Qualifications

• JD required or in progress with commitment to taking and passing the Bar exam
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required
• Before full-time start, educational requirements must be met and Bar exam pursued
• Entry-level client service role with final year of study expected

Responsibilities

• Navigate global tax regulations to optimize strategies and minimize risks
• Prepare consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions
• Assist in corporate tax planning and transactions
• Participate in post-deal tax and finance integration
• Collaborate on tax models and consulting services
• Engage in active listening and teamwork to aid client support
• Utilize curiosity to explore innovative tax strategies
• Assist in drafting PSAs for tax implications
